Shipping Policy

All of our products at Makai Jewelry are shipped from USA Locations, meaning that all US customers are able to select free 2-5 day shipping anywhere in the United States via FEDEX. Within 24 hours of placing your order you will be emailed with a tracking number where you can receive live updates. If you have any additional questions feel free to contact us.

International Customers will have to pay for international shipping rates that can vary from region to region, additionally you may experience longer shipping times from 9-20 days depending on your region. If you are ordering internationally you will also receive a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order.
